• Registration is open to anyone who is interested in AI, regardless of academic background or prior experience.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Participants to bring their own personal computers preferably(core i5 and above, 16gig ram).

• All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner throughout the Bootcamp.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program.

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, code samples, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Midlands State University. Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without obtaining written permission from the University.

All payments made for the Bootcamp are non-refundable under normal circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

Participant data collected during registration will be used solely for Bootcamp administration, communication, and educational purposes. We adhere to strict data protection standards and will not share your information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
